My journey into the world of wellness began with a deep curiosity about how we can cultivate balance and joy in our lives. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Wellness Advocate, I’ve dedicated my life to exploring and sharing the many facets of self-care. My career path has been shaped by a commitment to lifelong learning and a desire to connect with others on their wellness journeys.
With years of experience in therapeutic massage, I offer a deep understanding of physical wellness and relaxation techniques.
My yoga practice and teachings are rooted in principles of mindfulness, balance, and holistic health.
